How payment works

- The client is responsible for the advertising spend.
- Kausel's service fee is paid after the agreed guarantee has been fulfilled.
- If the guarantee is not fulfilled, the client does not owe the Kausel service fee for that period.

Is there a catch to the guarantee?+
The guarantee is straightforward, but there are agreed campaign requirements that need to be in place for us to run the system properly. Before anything begins, we clearly define what counts as a qualifying booked appointment, the campaign period and what is required from both sides. That way, there is no uncertainty about what the guarantee means.
Is the service expensive?+
Our pricing is based on the scope of the acquisition system and the number of appointments being targeted. More importantly, our service fee is structured around the result: the agreed fee is only due once the guarantee has been fulfilled. The advertising budget is handled separately by the business.
What do I need to take care of?+
You provide the advertising budget, basic information about your salon and simple content or materials when required. You also keep us informed of your availability and any relevant scheduling constraints. Kausel handles the acquisition, follow-up and appointment-booking process.
Do I have to manage the leads myself?+
No. The system is designed to be done-for-you. Kausel handles lead follow-up, qualification and appointment booking so that you do not have to personally manage every enquiry.
Is there a contract?+
No long-term contract is required. The working arrangement and campaign terms are agreed clearly before we begin.
What exactly counts as a booked appointment?+
A booked appointment is a qualifying customer appointment that meets the agreed criteria for your business and is successfully placed into your calendar. We define the criteria clearly before launch so both sides know exactly what counts toward the guarantee.
How quickly can we get started?+
Once the initial requirements and access are in place, we aim to have your campaign and acquisition setup prepared within 72 hours. We then run the setup through you for approval before launching.
Do I need to create the ads myself?+
No. The system is designed to be handled for you. We manage the campaign and acquisition side, while you provide any basic salon content or information we may need.
